Genesis 45
In the Old Testament Joseph went backward in order to go forward. He had a profound sense that God was bigger than him and his whole family. He honestly faced the sadness and losses of his family, and resolved them in God. He rewrote his life script according to Scripture. Ultimately, Joseph let go of his family and partnered with God to achieve greatness and blessing. Let us go forward praying that God will grant us wisdom to learn from the past and also be a blessing to those around us.
