“Through Him all things were made: without Him nothing was made that has been made.” (John 1:3)
We’ve all been there…before we knew God walking in “Unknown Grace”. Sitting here while that Scripture sinks into my soul – I realize even now (though I’ve been saved many years) – there are days I still walk in “Unknown Grace”. What is “Unknown Grace”? Well, I consider it days when I’m living more in the world for myself than standing in Christ reaching out to others. Can you relate? Scripture tells us clearly, “Through Him…Without Him…NOTHING…” while we live in a world where complicated reigns and baulks at the simplicity of Scripture: Love God, love people and draw them to the truth – God loves them too! That’s what we are called to do. Even with our closest relationships which often are the most challenging ones. Why? They knew us BEFORE God. Its okay, God knows them too – right where they are – loving them just as He did you and I in our sin.
Today, step out in grace and extended Christ to an unsaved loved one or close friend. You may be the person God has chosen to be Jesus in flesh and bring hope.
