Sincere Faith Plus . . .
In this passage we see that sincere faith doesn’t mean “smooth sailing.” Paul encourages Timothy to make some decisions so that his faith doesn’t get cancelled out by the enemies of isolation, inertia, insecurities and intimidation. If you have faith in Jesus but haven’t seen anything change, this is the life-changing message you need to hear.
