Hebrews 11
Hebrews 11 is filled with the stories of men and women who were faithful to God’s leading, many times not even living to see their works bear fruit.
We can safely say that God isn’t calling us to build an ark as he did Noah or to offer our child as a sacrifice. We can read these verses and be amazed at the faith of these people and maybe even dream of how we would respond to God in similar situations. But, God has called us today to have faith just as those in in Hebrews. Their faith wasn’t limited to one particular instance or event, but it was woven through everything they did. For “without faith it is impossible to please God. “If you move forward you will find that God is with you and behind you. His grace is sufficient!” is grace is sufficient.” (p
